RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Return and refund will only be accepted within 14 days under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including tags attached.
- Hygiene stickers on shorts must remain in place as sold or shipped.
- Items must be free from marks, stains, and odors.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and enclosed in a protective postal bag.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Refunds for orders placed using store credits will be issued back to the gift card.
- A $12.00 return shipping fee applies and must be paid during the return request process.
How to Submit a Return:
- Log in to your account on our website using the email used for your order.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Click “Request Return” and follow the prompts.
- You will be asked to pay a $12 return shipping fee to finalise your return.
- Once submitted, you’ll receive return instructions to complete the process.
