REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including tags attached.
- Hygiene stickers on shorts must remain in place as sold or shipped.
- No marks, stains, or odors should be present on returned items.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and enclosed in a protective postal bag.
- Refunds for orders placed using store credits will be issued back to the gift card.
- $12.00 flat rate return shipping
- Returns must be processed within the BeYou returns portal. Please note that we will only accept the return of item(s) submitted via the Returns Portal. DO NOT include other item(s) that were not approved; they will be sent back at the customer's cost.
